We switched to Barry Plant Mill Park after leaving a slack agency that doesn’t deserve to be in business. We are so appreciative of finding Barry Plant, and of their support and professionalism! Our 14yo rental property was a hot mess after a long-term tenant and maintenance needs not being identified. After a jaw-dropping inspection Barry Plant supported us in giving notice to vacate so we could renovate. They were unfailingly diplomatic, professional and supportive throughout. They also gave us excellent contacts for property maintenance services that delivered us high quality service and were time sensitive. We could not have turned around the major property refresh without Barry Plant’s support. We now look forward to a long-term relationship with Barry Plant and our investment properties.
