Seemless Process

I contacted Barry Plant Mill Park at the start of 2024 to rent my house as I was moving interstate. From the get-go Peter Mac made the process an easy transition to get tenants in as soon as possible. His market knowledge and analysis of the area was excellent as he is a local. After two inspections the property was leased to a renters with an excellent application for the price that Peter suggested. Peter was very communicative throughout the entire process and helped with the whole time as this is my first rental. I am looking forward to the property to be continued to be managed by Peter as I know it is safe hands while I am away.
