Easy, friendly, supportive

Selling with Jay and his team was a pleasure. Jay seemed one step ahead of everything and was very professional in his conduct, as well as very personable and friendly. He kept us updated throughout the campaign and was never bothered if we contacted him with questions. We were in touch with Jay at random intervals over a year or so--as we dabbled with the idea of selling--and he never put pressure on us to move forward.
