Excellent Proactive Service

I first called Tim just to seek his advice about selling my property in Mt Waverley, assuming I would use a local agent. Tim explained to me that even though he is based in Dandenong, given all properties are advertised on the Internet it didn't matter that his agency wasn't located in my area. He also showed me the "Sale by set date" methodology, and how past sales had worked using this technology/system. I appointed him to sell by this method and we had 4 weeks of opens; the first Saturday open there were 22 parties came through the property. On the weekend before the set date closed, Tim attended a nearby auction to gauge the market and give a like to like comparison of similar property. He negotiated well with the highest bidder and we achieved a result which seemed to be in line with local market conditions at the time. He and his staff were very good at communicating with me along the journey.
