Chee Ky was professional and pleasant to work with, even though we didn't get top price for the property due to various factors beyond his control. We could have gone with a more aggressive selling agent for a little higher price; for how much more we don't know - but at the end of the day, I am happy and glad to be working with Chee Ky, as he was considerate and empathetic given the circumstances we were working under.
