Very professional agent

We used Phong's real estate service to sell our townhouses. My first impression of Phong from our first meeting at his office was that he was a very friendly and professional agent and he was willing to listen to his client. He had prepared documents detailing facts and figures of property which were similar to and close to our property, and he gave us an honest appraisal of what he thought our property could all sell for. He advised us on what he thought was the best advertising campaign, which was not necessarily or even close to being the most expensive options. So we saved a lot of money on that side of the selling process. There were many times when he would tell us to hold off on signing the contracts because he believed he could get us a better deal. He would filter a lot of time wasters as well and only approached us when there were serious buyers. What was pleasing and surprising was that Phong got us a price which surpassed our expectation and what we were happy to originally settle with. Just as important for us, he sold all the townhouses much quicker than we had anticipated. We would go back and use Phong as agent again and would highly recommend him to all our friends and family.
