I've experienced rental agents in the past who made me feel like a nuisance at inspections, but Emily went above and beyond. Her cheerful yet professional presence made me feel like I wasn't just another potential tenant, but a person looking for a home for herself and her children, and to me that is important. A special mention to Deb Perry for being such a reliable agent to work with and I can't fault her assistance with helping myself and my family find a rental two years in a row.
