Exceptional experience since changing agents. What a difference! Thank you so much Karolina for making the change so easy, and Deb for ongoing management. All staff have been a pleasure to deal with. Recently joined with a list of major outstanding issues that have since been resolved without any hassle. Friendly accurate communication to both tenants and owners is excellent, legal issues resolved easily, maintenance resolved quickly and great standard. Process of tenants moving out, advertising and new tenant moving in managed very well. Can’t speak highly enough, thank you. Life is so much easier for all concerned.
