It has been a great experience working with Adrian. Adrian always made himself available for conversation or queries and demonstrated a good knowledge of the real estate industry. Adrian always kept me informed immediately after the opens as to who attended and how they ranked as prospects. We never reached auction day because an offer was accepted prior to the day. I was so appreciative of Adrian’s efforts in negotiating a sale price well over our proposed reserve price. I was also very appreciative of Adrian’s efforts in pursuing a better result by following up all other qualified prospects and informing them of the offer that was on the table.
