Thankful to have Barry Plant Rosebud representing me

In a falling market with 50/50 clearance rates I did not expect to achieve a sale at auction. Prior offers were far too low for me to accept so I held my nerve and nominated a reserve 10% higher than the prior offers. Paul Cunnington's intimate local knowledge of the Rosebud area was on show at my auction. He present himself with confidence and authority at auction, he was upbeat spoke very clearly to the crowd about the positives of the property and the hammer fell ever so slightly ABOVE my reserve. I certainly did not expect another investor to purchase my property! I couldn't be happier, no regrets and I am so glad that Paul Cunnington and Tulli Roberts from Barry Plant Rosebud were in my corner. They are honest, realistic, friendly and deliver the service they promise. I have already recommended Barry Plant Rosebud, sales and rental, to friends.
