Overall we had a really good experience securing our rental through this agency. The process was smooth, positive and most communication was handled professionally. There was one small communication hiccup before moving in when we were trying to clarify if it was fine to leave furniture on the property prior to the move in date as furniture was delivered earlier then expected, it took a bit of back and forth to get a clear response. Once we spoke with the property manager it was sorted out swiftly, aside from that everything went well. Grateful for the support in helping us secure the property.
