A few issues

Very poor problem solving skills from the rental management agent. We have had to basically do most of it in terms of managing the property and getting it ready for rental. Service is not very detailed, and a lot of things missed. Very poor communication with the sales team and does not deliver to whats expected. I am really not sure what the role of the managing rental agent is, given that we've had to organise most things, and cross check a lot of things. Expecting a better service moving forward.
