No clear explanation on contract signed

Bad experience because the agent lost my keys where someone stole from their so called secure lockable lock that they left in front of my apartment. When I mentioned the agent should ensure the lock and keys change immediately before anyone gets in to damage my apartment, the agent told me that it's owner responsibility and Owner's cost to get them replaced. There is no way that owner should bear the cost when keys are in the agent's custody. Also, keep putting pressure on owner to reduce the selling price and not looking into different ways thru advertisement to attract buyers.
