What's around 1C Morloc Street

A value-packed buy with own title and no Body Corp!

From its fantastic location that's central to it all to its spotless single-level interior featuring two large living areas and potential to enhance, this appealing three-bedroom unit offers outstanding value for the astute buyer. Its excellent original presentation allows you to move straight in and enjoy immediately while you ponder your modernising; even better, this fantastic first home, downsizing option or investment is sitting on a separate title, which means no Body Corporate fees and that's good news for your back pocket. All three bedrooms (master with walk-in robe and ensuite) are of generous proportions and serviced by a bright main family bathroom, while a large L-shaped lounge/dining and tiled open-plan living area with a spacious well-appointed kitchen grants the young family with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The well-maintained outdoor living area is ideal for when the party moves outdoors or you just want a lazy meal in the sun (or moonlight) while this potential-packed unit also features ducted climate control, remote single garage, plenty of storage throughout and its own street frontage. Located within a short walk of Forest Hill Chase and Blackburn Lake Sanctuary and close to excellent public and private schools, Blackburn and Nunawading train stations, Blackburn Station Village shops and cafes and the Eastern Freeway/Eastlink, there is nothing more you could need.

1c auction done and dusted with a measure of negotiation with the buyer... good +bon voage par avion

JAMES WAS PLEASANT AND COUrTEOUS and widely knowledgeable. HE DISCUSSED THE TO'S AND FROS OF THE AUCTION EXPERIENCE. ALSO HE discussed the reality of the seller's wishes and hopes against the considerations of the buyer. single garage and especially road noise on spingvale rd pegged back the selling price...on a better day or time (maybe 2-3 months back), perhaps the sell price may have been higher by another 20-30k $ if lucky, but that's timing and wishful thinking perhaps... who knows? But the time is right for me to sell, only wich I could have decided earlier. But thanks James, and enjoy that holiday at 'play'...perhaps soon to 'explore' Thailand after all, know what I mean, wink wink! :) (don't forget I like hot & spicy myself ...following 3 long and dedicated months as Australian 'foreign affairs' representitive in China, Vietnam, and Philippines...;)
