Perfect Agents are hard to find. Johns a keeper.

Alern Court Nunawading was ANJ Property Groups first investment project in the Whitehorse area. Being unfamiliar with the market in this area we were keen to engage a local agent. We made contact with 3 agents of which John Stack was one. John was the only agent who was realistic with the expected sale pricing range and didn't overquote just to get us through the door. I valued this initial honesty as I believe it's important in establishing a trusting relationship with an agent. His communication and knowledge of the current market trends and recently sold properties in the area was excellent. We engaged John prior to the build even starting so that he could offer some advice during the build to hopefully put us in a better position come auction time. He made an extraordinary effort to visit site and check progress during the build offering helpful advice along the way. Once the build was complete John was on top of the marketing campaign. He was actively involved in all open for inspections and contacted me immediately after each open to provide an update on potential purchasers. We were well informed during the campaign of all prospective buyers which put our mind at ease. He worked with excellent consultants that produced great photographs and an excellent video showcasing our unique property. Come auction day John and his team at Barry Plant Blackburn put on a great show. From complimentary coffee prior to the auction to a great turn out of prospective buyers.
