Professional Property Management

I have just moved the management of my rental property to PhillipWebb after being underwhelmed by my previous agent, a large local real estate company. So far PhillipWebb have been very impressive during the pre-appointment, advertising and initial leasing periods. Their Condition Report produced at the commencement of the tenancy is the best I have seen.
