Great process and excellent communication

Michelle was energetic and enthusiastic at the start and her energy never waned. I was also aware of where the process was at. Michelle provided sound advice on the best strategy and she was able to act on agreed strategy. She kept my tenant upto date and also took time to develop a positive relationship with the tenant which facilitated inspections, photos and building reports. When the process was close to the end Michelle was able to finalise the sale quickly and allowed parties to settle and move on.
