•I'm a first time homebuyer so this was a new experience for me. Property went on the market on a Wednesday evening. I viewed it at the first open home on the Thursday evening (the next day). Tim listened to what I was after and gave me a very in-depth tour of the apartment including the garage etc. Was keen so made an offer the next morning and despite being away down the coast celebrating his wife's birthday, Tim negotiated with the vendors that day and was able to get the property off the market by 7PM that night, before the next open home. Tim was very supportive during the initial cooling off period and was always available to answer my questions. I asked Tim for an early final inspection so a friend of mine whose moving in with me could see the apartment before they had to notify their current landlord whether or not they were extending their lease. Tim willingly arranged for this, attended the open and gave my friend a very informative and detailed tour. Overall, I felt I was provided a personalised experienced that I wouldn't have had going through a larger real estate agent. As the purchaser I obviously didn't choose the agent, but if I ever choose to sell my place in Wollongong I will certainly be contacting Tim first.
We met with Tim months before we listed and explained the goals we had hoped to achieve for our family. Tim was completely understanding and helped us establish a plan to buy and sell simultaneously. His guidance and strong local knowledge was invaluable and the communication with Tim and his team was excellent. Tim had our property sold and our goals achieved within a week!
