Overall, excellent property managers.
Unfortunately, our initial experience with the team was not great - we were viewing another property in the building and we were offered to see an alternative, which was very helpful. We were informed that it was a certain cost and that this could be 'guaranteed'. It appears the person showing us round was not authorised to make that call - we therefore applied for the property at the expected rate and were informed we had to pay more than this and this was non-negotiable despite having this in writing. We had at this point stopped viewing other properties and our timeline (which was known) was too tight to consider alternatives so this did unfortunately leave a sour taste at the beginning. The initial property manager we had also did not appear to be particularly well suited to the role. However, the last 12 months of our lease (18 months in total) with the latest property manager was seamless. She was excellent and a credit to the company - always followed up in a professional and timely manner. She admitted if there were errors and immediately tried to correct them. She also submitted references for us very quickly when requested. The facilities management teams (clearers, caretakers etc) were excellent - always friendly and polite and the facilities were always immaculate. The only other downside to note is the frequent fire alarms! I appreciate this is a system fault as opposed to the team itself, but it was often very inconvenient.
