exciting experience

considering the circumstances of dealing with 2 different sellers in 2 different states for the same property the whole process run very smoothly, and the perceived values were achieved with a nice little adrenaline rush at the end of the sale process all of the official paperwork was nice and simple and organized for use as well. An excellent communicator, with a friendly and infectious enthusiasm, always professional.

Working with Aaron and Emma was a really positive experience.Their enthusiasm and willingness to help us with all the little things to present the house more favourably, was a godsend. Their awareness of market knowledge helped us decide on a reasonable price and when was the best time to accept an offer. They both have a very easy and friendly style of communication, both with us and with prospective buyers, and were never pushy or manipulative. Aaron's background with renovation projects enabled him to give buyers the vision of future work that could be done on the property.
