I recommend Cassandra Ambrose to other Landlords because I have been impressed with her management of two of our rental properties, including this unit in Tathra. We accepted Cassandra's advice to replace the old carpet with new flooring, which has enhanced the unit greatly and meant that we were able to obtain a premium rent for it. Cassandra keeps us informed and makes sure that the interests of both the tenants and the Landlord are upheld.
