Absolute Integrity

We wanted to sell & move further into the country. We contacted bell realestate as we delt with them originally when were were looking to buy in Mnt Dandenong & we were very pleased with their service. First we had them look at the place & asked them for an appraisal to sell & what we needed to do to bring it up to sale standard. They gave us excellent advise which we followed to a T. When we put it on the market after that it took longer than expected because the market had changed over Christmas & banks were not lending as freely. We stuck it out with absolute faith in the Bells advise & dealings with us & we are very glad we did as we got much more than we expected for the house. It was a difficult transaction due to unforeseen circumstances but the Bells handled it with the utmost integrity, professionalism & kindness. The upshot is that because we used Trevor Bell we got the price for our home that enabled us to pay the rest of the current mortgage & buy another property & be mortgage free. We would recommend Trevor Bell & the Bell realestate @ Olinda staff to anyone!
