Easy to deal with, exceptional local knowledge

Jo was great to deal with, has exceptional local knowledge and was very accommodating on facilitating doing a viewing out of normal hours. Process of making the offer and having it accepted was smooth, and it's obvious Jo cares a lot about her vendors, but equally easy to deal with as a purchaser.
