Jo goes above and beyond - and then some

We've recently exchanged contracts on a property that we found through Jo at Bella Coastal Properties. She was charming, straight up and great to work with from the get go. But the process did not go smoothly at all - there were various complications and it ended up being a rollercoaster and very stressful - not least for Jo who was in the middle of it all. She acted with the utmost integrity and kept in communication, helping to keep us calm. She was professional at all times, but always had time for a chat and a laugh which really helped on the more trying days. She persisted where many would have given up, and we're very grateful for that. She even spent the afternoon with my mother in law showing her the property after we exchanged (hats off!) and very kindly invited us over for a glass of wine given the long journey we'd had (not just the drive from Sydney but the long road to purchase!). I cannot recommend her enough.
