In this coastal village of less than 50 houses there is only one property with a 270 degree outlook to the ocean and beach. It can never be built out. It is on Point Upright, so named by Captain Cook, and it perfectly reflects the views from this property which is a corner block with a 40 metre frontage to the ocean and 18 metres overlooking Depot Beach itself. The village is in Murramerang National Park, protected from development, with the beach and ocean also protected as part of a Marine Park.
