What can sometimes be a very daunting experience was made very relaxed with the sales team at Bellarine Property. Right from the initial appointment with Ben and Toby, we were presented with all the relevant information. We knew what was happening at each stage with the sales process load spread across the whole team. Special thanks to the ‘behind the scenes’ team, Mel and Renee, and also the marketing team who got our property on the market quickly, the photos came up brilliantly. A great resource is the property portal detailing people’s interest and the personal feedback after each inspection, which is very important. We found Ben and Toby very personable and honest with their feedback, and always trying to get the best outcome for us which was great. We have gained an understanding and appreciation for real estate professionals, a lot of energy and hard work together with the occasional 24 hour commitment in what can definitely be described as a challenging and interesting environment!
