WOW Selling Experience

First thing I think of when I recall my recent property selling experience via BellCourt South Perth is “WOW” what an amazing quality of service. Acting as a first time executor for a deceased estate I entered the process pretty nervous and uncomfortable, but from the first meeting with Dean for an appraisal my confidence soared. For a person to provide such an instant feeling of comfort just from the professional manner and ease of communication they provide was a great start. 8 months later when it came time to list the property for sale the same level of professionalism and quality service continued. Meeting other members of the team at BellCourt , such as Lili and Lucinda just continued the friendly, very high level of service experienced. I truely cant recall ever being so impressed. A property sale and settlement quickly followed and I was extremely happy with the level of communication and service throughout the whole process, including their assistance with helping arrange some required property repairs and the sale price achieved. For me it’s not only one of the only times I would give someone 5 stars but it’s an instant, no second thought 5 stars and I wouldn’t be picking up the phone to call anyone else if I had to do something similar again.
