The overall experience has been largely positive Terry was communicative and made the application process quick and easy Ivy has been very helpful with any queries we’ve had and responded swiftly The inspection report we were given going in was thorough and contained lots of photos The property was in clean and decent condition when we entered, though the bathroom required further cleaning In future, we hope the team check premises for NBN boxes. The previous tenants took the NBN box with them and we had to wait over two weeks for a replacement box to be delivered, so have been without internet But overall we are very happy
