Chris Robson provided an exemplary service in the sale of our unit. His advice and guidance we found to be both cost effective and prudent, resulting in a quick sale at a most advantageous sale price. We feel Chris's recommendation of a staging contract, and company to provide that service, was most beneficial in presenting the unit in a very appealing aspect. The timing and frequency of the open inspections seemed to be ideal and pivotal in making the sale a successful, stress free and smooth process.
