Excellent service and outcome

The outstanding result is a direct reflection on Besim's hard work. We had been following the market for a little while and Besim was achieving great results even through the lockdown. He sold a property in St Kilda for an amazing price (towards the end of lockdown) and we felt like the market was strong. Called Besim in, we were so impressed by his knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to help us and signed straight away. Besim was in constant communication with us, giving us updates on how open inspections went, how many interested parties we had and recommendations on strategy for the auction. We followed all his recommendations and sold at auction for a great result.
