Great Property Manager

I've had Belle Property Annandale manage my Sydney rentals for over 5 years and found them exceptionally good. The team adjust their communication style with clients to suit the client. I'm an emailer so happily will communicate about all aspects of property management via email. Always found Anastasia and the rest of the team very responsive. Identify need for repairs/maintenance and whether essential or something to consider in future. When its needed now, the team are quick to arrange once they have the go ahead. Also have a good understanding of the rental market in terms of rate of rent to set and always seem to find good quality tenants. Also like the way they treat the tenants - with respect.
