As a buyer who inspected 5 properties listed by the agent/team over several months, I was remembered and greeted by name at the door and by the agent. Always helpful and welcoming, the agents were knowledgeable about the property of interest and helpful with private inspection appointments as needed. Negotiating the successful pre-auction purchase through the agent with my buyers agent was done quickly and effectively with none of the usual delay and anxiety.

Michael and his team are extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market. We were able to achieve a quick sale in difficult market conditions, above our initial expectations.
