We sold two houses in Leichhardt in the past year. One through McGrath and one with Simone Azzi. If we had our time over we would have asked Simone to sell both. Simone is truly amazing at what she does. Selling a house is always stressful no matter how prepared you are but Simone made it easy for us. She was a calm and steady hand at all times and we were instilled with great confidence in her recommendations. We needed to renovate the property to be ready for sale in just one week. Simone personally arranged suppliers, got quotes, project managed the renovations and expertly guided us in what to do so we didn’t over-capitalise. Throughout the process it felt like she treated the property as her own. Everything was done to the highest level of care and she worked really hard to leave nothing to chance notwithstanding what seemed like an impossible deadline at the time. To top it off, she achieved a fantastic price meeting our highest hopes, a day prior to going to market. We were so thrilled! We couldn’t have achieved any of this without her help.
