Seamless end to end management, great communication & market knowledge, very good auction result

Michael and the Belle Annadale team managed the end-to-end sales process really well and made it simple and hassle free for us. The property had been rented so needed some minor R&M, uplift (painting, carpet etc) and styling, and they guided us through the process, making recommendations and managing the trades and quality. Any feedback or input we provided was acted on quickly. The sales campaign was very effective and we had many groups inspect the property, a strong amount of interest, and multiple serious bidders at the auction which made it competitive. We were updated regularly throughout the campaign and felt we were always in the loop. The auction was managed well by the entire team and we were very happy with the result.
