Michael Hallit and Robert Clarke put together a very professional service leading up to the Auction and were well backed up by Operations Manager Michael Field. I was concerned about the extent of work they suggested to be done (paint, floors, furniture, etc) but that seems to have paid off in terms of interest generated and the result. Overall, a very good team result together with our solicitors, Darcy Sloman Peacock.
