Superb Sales Agent

He organized the 4 week campaign very well with his team including staging, photos, marketing materials and the online listing. He sent me daily updates on all showings and discussed all the potential buyers so I knew how campaign was progressing. Throughout the campaign we made key decisions to ensure maximum prospects despite a slow property market. He’s very personable and always responsive. In the end we were able to get a private sale prior to the auction date and Lauchlan skillfully negotiated a deal with 2 interested parties.
