I originally purchased the property from Walter. I went directly back to Walter to sell. During the purchasing process, I was impressed by Walter's honesty, prompt and open communication (never pushy and always real), reliability to show me though the property on request and remarkable auctioneering skills. He is an expert in the market, resident and advocate of the area. When it came to selling, I had to have Walter. Always a pleasure to work with & it was extremely reassuring to be guided by him during the sale process.
