We had a great experience. We were looking to get through the process as quickly as we could, and we found that Lauchlan and Alex were happy to meet that. Communication was to an extremely high standard and we found that everyone was contactable and responsive when needed, and we didn't feel like we were being pressured into certain conditions like previous agents had done when we were putting together offers. I'd especially like to call out their communications with my partner - through the process of shopping for a house we found that agents would often ignore her in favour of contacting me, even when we listed her as the primary contact. Lauchlan and Alex both treated us equally, and we were very grateful for this.
