Excellent on process

Lynsey was great on process. I would give her 100% on process. Both our expectations of outcomes at the beginning of the process were aligned. However, this was influenced by a market correction, so our expectations were not met. In this difficult environment Lynsey tried her best and kept us in the loop. She is a very good communicator which was appreciated.
