Outstanding communication skills

Chad Egan, along with Benjamin Martin sold our three bedroom apartment at Balmain Cove. With a lively sense of humour, Chad was always very easy to deal with- his communication skills were outstanding and we always knew exactly what was happening throughout the process and how the market was tracking. He returned phone calls and emails very promptly. We were impressed by Chad's professionalism and superior customer service. Despite our campaign taking longer than anticipated, he never lost his focus, enthusiasm or persistence. His energy was infectious. Chad demonstrated excellent negotiation skills and remarkable patience in getting the eventual buyer over the line. He followed up with all the paper work quickly and effectively even though the vendor was interstate. Chad and Benjamin are an experienced and highly effective team and a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend them both too highly.

What makes an outstanding real estate agent?

We have dealt with a number of real estate agents over the years, but none stands out like Benjamin Martin. He provided an extraordinary level of customer service when we were selling our three bedroom apartment in Balmain Cove. His high level communication skills were very impressive. Weekly written reports were followed by phone conversations detailing the results of his follow up to Open Days. You always knew precisely what was going on. He anticipated your concerns and was pro-active. He returned phone calls and emails nearly always on the same day. His obsessive attention to detail (which is exactly what you want) was evident. It was as though we were his only clients. Nothing was left to chance. He even bought over his own mosquito plug as he was worried about potential buyers being eaten at twilight inspections. He actively worked with the photographer to ensure the photographs were of the highest standard and from the best angles to show off the apartment. Most other agents just delegate it to the photographer. Benjamin was always a pleasure to deal with. He gave sound marketing advice, secured extra marketing opportunities, managed expectations well and recommended an amazing stylist. Our campaign took a little longer than we anticipated but Benjamin never lost his enthusiasm and was working just as hard at the end of the campaign as he did in the beginning. What stood out was his professionalism, his dedication and his persistence. He never gave up. Outstanding real estate agents are rare: Benjamin is in a class by himself.
