Positive Experience

As a purchaser, I found Jane easy to engage with and prepared to understand where we were at with a potential purchase and how she may be able to facilitate the purchase while still looking after the interests of her clients. As a result, she was able to negotiate sale terms that worked for both parties. Regardless of the purchase, she was initially happy to share her knowledge and expertise on the local market , which was very helpful in us forming a position on the desirability and pricing of the property we purchased. Her follow up customer service since the contracts were exchanged has also been great. We enjoyed our interactions with Jane and found it a positive experience.
