Fantastic experience with Belle Blairgowrie

We recently purchased through Belle (thanks Mal) and will be leasing through Nicole Bradler. We wanted to express our heartfelt thank you for all the work she has done to help prepare our property for lease and finding us some wonderful tenants. I looked into a number of other rental providers in the area, we are seasoned landlords so expect a certain level of service and efficiency. Nicole has delivered on all of our expectations (and we had a lot!!). It’s evident she’s very experienced at what she does and takes pride in her work. I like that she has a great balance of common sense but also doing what’s reasonable for the tenant and landlord to get a positive outcome. She was extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. Her pace was excellent too, anything contract related was turned around at lightning speed. We’ve had a very positive, efficient experience with Belle from purchasing through to leasing - that’s not easy but Nicole delivered. I also think she was honest and on point with the rental price per week, where as some other competitors suggested we list for significantly higher when it was evident properties would sit idle if not priced correctly. I value that direct feedback and honestly. We look forward to partnering with you Nicole and the team! I would highly recommend Nicole and the team for your leasing needs, we have full trust she will care for our property and tenants to a high standard going forward.
