We were first home buyers and we were really impressed with Lawrie. We previously had an offer accepted on a different property through a different real estate, but the sale fell through, because they had not been honest and upfront about some serious problems. We met Lawrie looking at a property in Lawson, which we made an offer for, but it wasn't an ideal fit for us. Lawrie recognised this and suggested we hold off because there was another place in Hazelbrook coming on the market in the coming weeks which he thought was a better fit. He was right, the place in Hazelbrook was perfect. He called us to inspect the property the moment it became available, and we made an offer that day. Our offer was accepted quickly and the sales process was seemless. After having such a difficult time trying to find a home, and dealing with some undesirable people in the process, we were so glad to finally deal with someone open, honest and fair.
