From the first appraisal of the house right...

From the first appraisal of the house right through to the sales negotiations with the buyers, I found Jack professional, enthusiastic and a very good communicator. His video of the property was excellent - even I was rethinking of selling the house, it looked so good!!! Nothing ever was a bother to him and he was very helpful in giving us feedback on showcasing the property to its best advantage. He never forgot to give honest feedback after a house inspection. He has gone the extra mile for us - giving us encouragement and keeping in contact when buyers were thin on the ground and even bringing the bin in when he was in the area! Even though the property did not sell within the original price guide, the process of reassessing the property and lowering the price guide to the market was transparent and felt appropriate. I'm glad we did as we immediately found the right buyers.
