Daniels experience to read the movement in the market, enabled him to update the selling strategy

Daniel asked for and listened carefully to our selling expectations. He then correctly assessed the value of the property, with some cosmetic changes and advice for presentation. This very realistic & honest appraisal was clearly communicated. During the campaign the Belle Property team were totally organised & we received regular updates that kept us fully informed on its progress. The sale was made through Daniels diligence and superior negotiating skills. The whole process was overseen of by a true real estate professional, which made it stress free for these vendors.
