An Architecturally Reimagined Semi With A North-Facing Garden

Sitting pretty on the high side of a quiet cul-de-sac, this wide-fronted semi has been beautifully reimagined with a sophisticated, design-led renovation that makes the most of its unexpectedly deep block and prized north-to-rear aspect. A pavilion-style extension links the old with the new, creating a considered dialogue between heritage charm and contemporary design. Inside, interiors have been stripped back and refined with a minimalist aesthetic that prioritises both form and function, resulting in a calm, cohesive and highly liveable home. A fluid front-to-back layout is animated by an internal deck that draws light into the centre of the house, while a sun-filled living pavilion opens to a landscaped, child-friendly backyard. Peacefully positioned at the end of the street with no through-traffic, the three-bedroom home enjoys exceptional walkability with rear access to Clementson Park and is just 500m to Westfield and the station, and 650m to Centennial Park. - Recreated c1920 semi, 6m frontage, high side of street - 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with built-ins, 31sqm attic - Custom island kitchen in Caesarstone Organic White - Spanish subway tiles, European appliances, walk-in pantry - Skylit dining with bi-folds to a suntrap entertainer's deck - Living pavilion with raked ceilings, polished concrete floors - Bi-folds to a child-friendly garden bathed in northerly sun - Tranquil leafy outlook, handy rear lane pedestrian access - Designer bathroom with a bath plus a separate powder room - Engineered floorboards, designer lighting, louvre windows - Walk to the station and Bondi Junction's urban playground - Easy access to the city and beaches, 650m to Queens Park Approximate Quarterly Outgoings: Water Rates: $228 | Council Rates: $538

Outstanding local knowledge and a pleasure to deal with

We just bought a house through Edward, and based on our experience with him I wouldn’t consider using anyone else to sell our house (although hopefully we won’t be selling for a long while!). He was an absolute pleasure to deal with – straightforward, engaging, understood our pain points, bent over backwards to make sure our questions were answered (including introducing us to a neighbour on the street to allay some specific concerns) and ensured that we had as much access to the property as we needed. He was also a great middleman in the negotiation process. All round everything you could want in an agent. Heads above everyone else we met on our search.
