John Manning has been supportive from the moment we randomly walked past him showing the house. We had just been outbid on another house on the same street and saw John, as he was the agent who sold our place to us 18 years ago. We said hello , he said come inside and have a look, we thought way beyond our budget, a week later we settled . So happy I stopped bidding down the street.
