Both Kaine and Bec were extremely proactive and helpful in assisting with property inspection and follow up communication. We both really appreciated the phone call from Kaine on the day of the property going unconditional… a really thoughtful gesture. My only feedback is the day of settlement was a bit disappointing, it was an exciting and special day for my partner and I, and to have our final interaction with the business being a receptionist simply pushing a bottle of wine across the front desk and saying ‘happy moving’ wasn’t the spectacular close that we both were hoping for on that day. Overall a very positive experience, just felt really flat at the end…
