Oumaya is a very committed, professional agent, determined to do what is necessary to ensure that the property is well presented and able to be sold. She provides advice on tactics and modifies these depending on market conditions. Oumaya exhibited excellent communication skills, always keeping us up to date. She and Johnny were also very helpful in things which might not ordinarily be considered the responsibility of the agent, opening up the apartment for example when needed, as we were absent in Sydney.
