Excellent outcome after prior misfortune

My house, in a highly sort after suburb, had been on the market with another agent for just over three months. In that time, despite going to auction ( with no registered bidders) and over 100 inspections, I received no offers at all – not even lowball ones. My previous agent wanted to go to auction again but Josh was recommended to me by an neighbour and after interviewing him, I decided that he had the energy and professionalism I needed to get my house sold. He was very reassuring and did much to boost my confidence regarding obtaining a sale at a good price in a reasonable period of time.
